Cretan Nectar’s Aged Vinegar is a traditional vinegar made from the unique Romeiko red grape variety, cultivated for centuries in the mountains of western Crete. Following a traditional process the vinegar is matured for several years in barrels, to enable its strong and characteristic taste to develop, full of aromas from the island of Crete.
